Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days.

Shipping costs will be determined by the size of the parcel and the shipping address but will be clearly displayed before checkout. We will always endeavour to ship your purchase in the smallest possible size package to ensure you receive the best shipping rate. However, please note that the dimensions of many larger dice exceed that of Royal Mail's large letter limit and will require postage as a small parcel. 

Please allow 10 days for delivery within the UK and 30 days for the rest of the world.

If you have not received your order after the timeframe specified above, please get in touch so we can investigate further.

Delayed, lost or misrouted orders

If your order is delayed, lost or misrouted on its way to you, we will be happy to discuss an appropriate resolution. This may include a refund or a replacement order. Palm Springs Retail Limited does not accept any responsibility for incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of order. If an order is returned to us as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information we will contact the customer to confirm the correct delivery address. In this circumstance, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. If an order is lost as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information, we will be unable to provide a refund.
